House Painting - EXTERIOR COLORS

Covenants reference Article VI - Section 21

Section 21. Exterior Colors. The exterior of all improvements, including, without limitation, residences, constructed, erected, allowed, or maintained upon any Lot must be painted or repainted in a color within an approved palette as designated in writing by the Board, which palette may be amended from time to time by the Board.

The approved color palette should be neutral and earth tone colors that complement the architectural character and overall appearance of the community.

Homeowners are encouraged to obtain paint swatches or samples and view them on the home before making a final selection, as colors can appear different depending on lighting and surroundings.

Prior to beginning any exterior painting or making changes to the exterior color of a home, the homeowner must submit an Architectural Modification Request form to the ACC identifying the proposed paint colors. Written approval must be received before the project begins.

No exterior painting or other exterior modification may begin until the homeowner has submitted the required Architectural Modification Request form and received approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

Beginning work before receiving written ACC approval may constitute a violation of the Association's governing documents and may result in enforcement action, including the assessment of fines or other remedies authorized by the governing documents and applicable law.
