Each of the Property Owners Board Members has lived in the Pembrooke Community for over 10 plus years. They have dedicated their time, efforts, and compassion to all residents.
With the thoughts of our residents and their guests, the POA Board Members ensure that the quality of the neighbhorhood is in tip-top shape from the time you enter the subdivision to the time when you leave.
Our team of POA members is a group of volunteer professionals, mothers, fathers, and great people who have love for the residents and the community of Powder Springs.
